Before buying tiles, understanding the return and refund policy is crucial to avoid losses and ensure smooth resolution. Tiles are fragile and batch-based materials, so policies are structured carefully to balance quality assurance and practical handling conditions.
At Morbitaa Buildmart LLP (Morbi Tile Hub), we are committed to providing quality products and a transparent resolution process. As tiles are heavy, fragile, and batch-specific construction materials, our return and refund policy is structured accordingly.
🔁 Return Window
We provide a 7-day return/claim window from the date of delivery.
- Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery for faster resolution.
- Claims raised after 48 hours may be accepted only in exceptional cases, subject to approval.
⚠️ Eligible Conditions for Return / Replacement
Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:
- Transit Damage: Breakage exceeding 3% industry-standard tolerance
- Wrong Product Delivered: Incorrect size, design, or finish
- Manufacturing Defect: Visible defect before installation
❌ Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Normal 2–3% transit breakage
- Minor shade / texture variation (natural in tile production)
- Products that are installed, used, or altered
- Orders returned due to change of mind or over-ordering
📦 Mandatory Claim Process
To process any return or refund request, the following steps are compulsory:
- LR (Lorry Receipt) Remark: Damage must be clearly mentioned on LR at the time of delivery
- Unboxing Video Proof: A clear continuous video showing opening of shipment and damaged tiles
- Report Within 48 Hours: Share all details via:

🔄 Replacement Policy
- If the claim is approved, we will provide:
- Replacement material, OR
- Partial compensation, depending on the situation
- Replacement dispatch timeline: 3–7 business days
💰 Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only if replacement is not feasible.
- Refund Method: Original payment mode (Bank / UPI / etc.)
- Processing Time: 7–10 business days after approval
- In case of partial damage, partial refund will be issued based on the value of damaged goods.
🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility
- If the issue is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the cost.
- In other approved cases, the customer is responsible for return logistics and safe packaging.
❌ Cancellation Policy
- Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled with a 10% processing deduction
- After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped from Morbi.
⚠️ Important Customer Guidelines
- Always order 5–10% extra tiles for cutting and wastage
- Inspect goods at the time of delivery
- Ensure proper unloading arrangements
