We deliver across Pan India via trusted logistics and transport partners.
Delivery is available to all serviceable pin codes.
💰 Shipping Charges (Weight-Based)
Shipping charges are calculated based on total order weight:

Note: Final shipping charges may vary slightly based on delivery location and will be confirmed at checkout or before dispatch.
⏱ Order Processing (Handling Time)
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM (IST) are processed the same working day.
- Orders placed after cutoff time will be processed on the next working day.
- Handling Time: 1 – 2 Business Days (Monday to Saturday)
📦 Delivery Timeline
- Transit Time: 3 – 7 Business Days
- Total Delivery Time: 4 – 9 Business Days (All India)

🚛 Unloading & Site Responsibility
- All deliveries are made via transport trucks.
- Unloading of material is the customer's responsibility.
- Please ensure labor or unloading arrangements are ready at the time of delivery.
- Delivery will be made up to the nearest accessible road if the site has entry restrictions.
📍 Order Tracking & Dispatch Details
Once your order is dispatched from Morbi, you will receive:
- Transporter Name
- LR (Lorry Receipt) Number
- Driver Contact Number
- Vehicle Number
Details will be shared via WhatsApp / SMS / Email.
⚠️ Transit Damage Policy
Tiles are fragile in nature:
- 2–3% breakage in transit is considered normal.
- We recommend ordering 5–10% extra material for safety.
If breakage exceeds acceptable limits:
- Note the damage on LR at delivery time
- Inform us within 48 hours
- Share proper video/photo proof
🚧 Delays & Exceptions
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Weather conditions
- Transport/logistics issues
- Remote location access
- Incorrect address details
